Default FMS F13 ok to use stock seats/seals? HELP QUICK

well my friend ordered a cam from futural but unfortunately they didnt took in new intake/exhaust valve seals liek they had said so needless to say car is tore apart and cannot get any locally

is it possible to put the old valve seat that has the seals built in 2002 car. and then place that ontop of the new seat they sent us??
since then we could retain the facotry seals and have new valve seat? installing crane dual springs as well

thanks need quick help if possible

I personally wouldn't reuse any used valvestem seals. Plus, since you have '02 style seals (seals built into the spring seats), this wouldn't even be possible anyways. And, no, don't try putting the Crane locator on top of the factory locator. You could possibly see if a GM dealership is open in your area and purchase some new seals there for today. If not, will have to wait until Monday.

They should have been included with the Crane dual valve spring kit we sent to him. I will contact Paul and make arrangements to get them to him if he did not find them locally.

Ahh so thats why I got a phone call last night at 11:30 lol

Yeah I agree with Jason, you do not want to be putting the Crane locator on top of the factory locator yikes!

I'm glad Candy and Alan are standing behind their products and offering great customer service thats great

Good luck with the rest of the install guys.
