The spin the pushrod thing causes a LOT of problems for folks, the parts are oiled, you can still spin it with little to no resistance after zero lash. Zero lash is when the pushrod can't move vertically anymore.

they actualy dont perform as well as the stock LS1 lifter did...
they were designed for the lightweight LS7 valve train....

but yes...as you said...keep the valve train light and they do just fine


better to throw in a set of Comp-R lifters or a set of Morels

I ran LS7 lifters for a few years with the F14 HL cam 232/234 .646/.612 with no problems, spun it to 7k often
