Default Do I need to replace Lifters when swapping a cam?

I have a 5.3 LS4 and thought swapping in a cam shaft with new rods and springs. Would I need to get new lifters as well? I don't want to rip the whole top end apart if I don't have to.

Not a necessity unless one or more have been scored by oil starvation. The big thing with used lifters is not putting them into a different location on the same used camshaft. These parts have a wearing pattern, and if moved can cause increased wear rate. But if all rollers look good, reusing them should be fine.
