Default Choosing the right cam!?!?

Looking to do a cam swap come spring time but I just have a few questions. I know a little bit but not enough to turn wrenches. I have a 99' trans am with following mods... Long Tube Headers, ls6 intake, full exhaust, and larger than stock cam. This is how I bought the car but I would like a much more aggressive cam. You can easily recognize the cam is not stock right now. I will replace entire top end, pumps, chains, and all the goodies. Sticking with STOCK HEADS what is the biggest cam I should go with. This is not a DD but a sunny weekend warrior car. I like a rough choppy idle. Power gains are not in the question. Thanks.

********Video of exhaust as of right now...

If all you want is a more aggressive sound then why not just get a cutout, then you won't have to change a thing...and you will still have good drivability as well

m6 tranny, cutouts will be in the future as well so that is going to help out. How do you slow a cars idle manually?
