I just recently posted about using redline, but I just remembered also about this oil that had a HUGE right up on ls1.com, but I tried researching this and couldn't find what I was looking for.

Does the tcw3 oil when put in the gas tank at 1oz for 5 gallons that is recommend clean carbon out of the engine or does it just protect the walls of the fuel system?

How much carbon do you think the motor has? Modern sequential injected engines with heated O2s and such don't generally carbon up much.

Found those old threads... Hell even I chimed in in a few of them. I had been doing this in my old 04 LQ9 Escalade before I traded her in and just forgot about it, to be honest.

So, having had my memory jogged by this, I'll go back to doing this. And it's more for fuel system protection from that garbage **** ethanol the EPA hippies now mandate in almost ALL gasoline. But it does burn cleaner...
