Default Thoughts on this engine noise?

Hey all.

I've had a couple people listen to this video and I know it's too hard too tell anything definitive through a video clip, but just wanted to get more thoughts so I could mentally prepare for what might be in store.

Quick run down: all stock internals, just a bolt-ons car that's been daily driven and has a lot of 1/4 mile time as well, 110k miles. Two days before it sounded to me like the typical cold weather piston slap was a bit worse, but it would go away, but the car had a slight hesitation from a dead stop. Then I started it one evening and it made this lovely noise. Good oil pressure. This actually happened in early December so it's been replaced as a daily driver, but now I want to get it running again and make it a little more fun. Thoughts?

I will try to at least get the valve covers off in the near future. Being a single girl with a broken motor and shallow pockets is not a good combination! haha.

Check for a broken flywheel, or loose bolts.

I had this exact same sound and it turned out to be a loose flywheel bolt.

Just an update. The outcome was a bent rod and the crank hitting the piston skirt. There goes another one to hydrolock. Cylinder 6 too like so many others on here.

They were stock head gaskets. Looks like it came in through the unbaffled nostrils of my hood.
