Well I went with 7.425 and it made a huge difference! much less valvetrain noise and seems to pull a little better from 5-6k
Obviously measuring would have been the best route but Im glad it worked out

thinking ill revisit this. Ive been running around for almost a year on 7.425 but I think I should probably measure.. to keep things simple, could i do this method and see where im at? is there any reason why this method wouldnt work on an ls1?
