Email sent no rush at all. I attached some pics of some other builds also hope you enjoy!!!!

Parts list: 408 short block forged internals Tf 220s hollow ls3 valves, ported/blended by Tooley. Pm guides
Dual springs Fast ported 90/90 with 42 lb injectors w upgraded fuel pump
Stock rockers with trunion upgrade Larger truck Delphi MAF
Custom healthy cam from EPS Under drive pulley
Morel link bar lifters (the good ones) Hardened pushrods measured to specs
1 3/4 long tubes
M6 ls7 clutch at the moment plan on upgrading in the future
Still debating on compression/ milling heads want to run on pump gas 93 octane Custom tune Ported oil pump

I know this setup isn't ideal due to the cast heads/ smaller headers and not running a 102 but ballpark? Open to suggestions this is just a street car not looking for crazy numbers.
I'll say 530rwhp with the right cam, give or take.

I don't generally like to make guesses because dyno's are all so different, but I don't see it making anything less than 500 rwhp, and I'd bet it puts down anywhere between 520 rwhp and 540 rwhp.

Yea I would be happy with anything over 500, but I think you are very close depending on the cam of course. Can't wait to get this build going. For me personally I would love to see a torque curve that peaks close to the hp rating that would be super nasty on the streets and down low. Since I am in NC plan on having it tuned at tick, I have heard there dyno reads low for the most part.

I will let you know about the cam Martin has in mind. Going with a cam motion grind for sure. How are you liking your setup so far Phoenix? I was interested in your build in the past and almost went that route.

I'm the same about dyno guesses. Different ones can vary greatly. One of my friends has a built 403ci in his C6 (m6 trans) with ~11.5:1, TEA Trick Flow 235s, ported Fast102, ported LS2 TB, EPS 244/256 .628/.628 114LSA cam, 1.75" LT's, 3" x pipe, Corsa axleback. It only put down 474whp on a local Mustang dyno.

I know a lot of shops will say online that their dyno reads low, but you being local to us it seems you've heard about our heart breaker we have here lol.

We've had numerous cars dyno low here at our shop and then dyno higher elsewhere across the state and in other states. One thing remains though, every car that's been on our dyno runs higher MPH at the track than what our dyno says.

That's what matters in the end.

I have a 408 with TF 220's (no extra work), a FAST90/90, and a 239/247 cam.

I made 475/490 through a stalled 4L60e. With that M6 you should be well over 500/500 I would think.

Well you can look at my set up. Untouched heads,11:1 comp, untouched Cathedral FAST, 239/247 .624 cam, 1 7/8 LTs, M6

I'd say you'll be north of 500 easy but I mean it's all relative!
