Default I have had it with this squeal!!!!!!!

Ok, so I have this squeal that only appears when my car hits operating temperature. We replaced all the pullies and belts on engine. I have depressed my clutch and what have you to see if it was the throwout bearing, but thats not the case. When I rev the car up it goes away, or if its under load it goes away. Wth is this! Here is a video of the sound. Changed oil and found nothing in old oil or filter

Under what circumstances did the noise start - that is, did you change anything, or did it just arrive one day?

We drove over to my friends one day and we put that fast 90 on then randomly after operating temp reached that squeal appeared. No funky idle problems. We checked for leaks around there, and found nothing. We also sprayed break cleaner to see if engine would rev from a leak. We tried turing ac on and off to see if that changed anything. But nothing. Clutch doesn't affect the sound. If it is revd or under load it goes away. Replaced both belts and idlers and tensioners....

Vacuum leak from fast 90?? It did it after we installed it. Car never made that noise before. After we installed it and car hit operating temp, it started. Maybe a gasket wwas bad??

It is possible, but it does not sound like a vacuum leak to me. Sometimes a different part (the intake) creates interference with something up front - a pulley or belt, or even a radiator fan. Can we rule out power steering - the quality and quantity of fluid?

I am using the recommend oe fluid. If you rotate the wheel, it does not change sound. Unless something else could cause the sound to come from that area??

We haven't fired it up with belts removed at operating temp.

If it still squealing with the belts off maybe try running it with the cold air tube off, so just throttlebody>intake and see if it goes away. Maybe the new intake is causing a whistle at a certain rpm.

I'd do the old shade tree method, put car on ramps, start up idle, grab a can of WD40 and spray anything turning and see if noise goes away for a minute or two.

I would get it to temp and remove the belt after the noise starts. Just don't run for much time as you wont be circulating any coolant.

Spray water on the belt. If it goes away, it's an alignment problem. Possibly the power steering pulley or balancer. Although, that happens as soon as you start the car.

Remove the belt from the A/C to make sure it's not coming from there. Remove the belt after the car has heated up. It will run fine for a few seconds to check for causes of the squeal.

Have you replaced both idler pullies?

Have you tried a Gatorback belt?

I replaced both pullies, actually almost every pulley. I replaced with gates belts. I took the ac belt off did nothing to change the sound.

Gates belts suck. My sister and I both had belt slip on our LS1s with them. Run the Gatorbacks. But if it's happening with no belt...

I had the sound with gatorbacks as well. That is what I had on car when it started. Also I replaced my gator serpintine the other day. It wasn't even a year old and had stretched.
