Default Cam Crazy I need help bad.

I can't decide at all.
The truck 03 silverado ss
major mods FAST LSXRT, 4"TB and intake, Shorty headers, mild ported 243's and yank 2600

II don't want to loose low and and mid randge power!!! Mild lope only

I spoke to a few cam specialists

Here were the specs recommended

1=225/228 | .61”/.57” | LSA 112+3 Martin at tick. Nice guy. I am afraid of major idle issues

2=XR275HR...222/224 .566/.568 112LSA From Zippy at silverado forums

3=216/220 .56/.56 114 My pic and I drove a truck with this cam and liked it. Would this be to small for my mods?

4=220/224 .60/.60 on 115lsa+4 I had a cam specd by Pat G.

I would throw another one in there... EPS 222/226 115+3. Has made 430rwhp with stock 243s. Would drive super nice. Close to what Pat G spec'd but would make a little more power.

The Martin cam has more overlap and needs less compression so it would ultimately make more power in your combo as it sits.

Any will drive pretty nice.

I'd look at the Cam Motion, Titan l cam, 218/222 112lsa+4, .595"/.586". IMO, I wouldn't go and bigger than the Titan l. You might also want to consider a custom cam around the size of a 215/220 up to a 218/ 223 with a 112-113lsa.

BTW, there's also the Lunati VooDoo #20540713 which also fits within that range.
217/223 113lsa+4, lift .549"/.549", keep in mind these cam lobes are rather aggressive.

I went with 222 224 580 580 112 LSA in my old TA, drove as good as stock and had a nice lope to it. Great driveability and made good power.

We have a Comp/CBM grind that should work good.

Your gonna get about 5 trillion different suggestions on this website for cams. Just go with a PROFESSIONAL and let them spec you a cam. I used Martin Smallwood and was very pleased with the results.

Check out the cams from Roger Vinci. He specializes in cams for heavy trucks. You won't be disappointed.
