On quite a few dyno tunes I have done even small cams will max out on dc and from adding fuel to a point where you know you shouldnt be. Esp if the fuel pump is older and wont give the fuel you need on top end.
but how can you be sure the car will act the same on the street as it will on an unloaded dyno? IMO you need an eddy current to simulate load to make sure both the afr and pump will hold up.
