Could this be anything other than lifters?

Could this be anything other than lifters? Ok I bough this 98 z28 that sat for several years with a blown headgasket. It was also over revved as well and bent a few pushrods which were replaced. Now it's make this tapping/knocking sound. I've checked the rockers as well as the torque converter blots and flex plate. The lifters in the passengers side have been replaced as well. Is there anything think that I'm missing that can cause this noise other than the lifters in the drivers side? Which I plan to change soon.

I know this is a couple of months old, but I'm glad you posted this. My GTO is making almost the same noise and only gets really noticeable when you bump the throttle like that.
I have the driver side head off already and no issue there, but planning to pull the passenger side tonight. Hope its that simple for me too.
