Yea I know, but it never smoked until Now so I figured I should be alright keeping the stock ones. The car has 87k miles on it so it's not really high mileage. Any suggested place to get the seals from?

Well good news! No more smoke, why? I have no clue. I opened valve covers and all is well. It was smoking pretty bad where I could be idling at a red light and see the smoke in a rear view mirror. Now exhaust is normal from the few times I've drove and got out and checked it. Il keep my eyes on it but I'm just sitting back and enjoying that cammed ls1 life. So far 130 miles on it! It needs some more adjustments on the tune cuz up top it gets some KR, but overall it drives well and it sounds mean!

new 228r $300 (thx TSP for hooking me up)
Trickflow Push rods- $70 with a summit racing coupon
ls2 timing chain- $40 summit racing
New Pac 1218 springs - $160
Ls6 ported oil pump- $85 (Hubbard racing)
Gaskets-$40
Balancer bolt- $30
Fluids/oil - $60
Misc- $100 (tools,dowels, etc.)
That's most of everything I can think of off the top of my head.

Yea it took a while to source all the parts, because I wanted a "budget build" but it pays off in the end not rushing out buying all the parts for top dollar price. I'm working on the tune now doing an email tune with PCM of NC since they tuned it before for my bolts ons/stall. It was $50 for a reflash so I figured we could get it pretty close this way since they get my logs and adjust it accordingly.

Just wanted to update with Dyno results. She put down 363rwhp and 365tq. My mods include: slp lid, ls6 intake, 228r 114lsa cam, QTP lt's and Ypipe to a cut out and 3200 stall.
I was hoping for more but I know with a stalled auto my car won't be a Dyno queen. Should be getting to the track very soon.
