Default 00" silverado 222/224 cam problem

So I have a 00" silverado that I done a cam swap on. It's 222/224 comp cam. stock stall for now, with 3.42 gears, stock injectors. The truck is tuned with hp tuners, the problem I'm having is at low speeds like 15-20 mph when I really get in the throttle, my wideband will read 20.00 on the lean side, and I'm basically not going anywhere and you can hear the motor pop like it's blowing a plug... Is this a problem with the tune or something mechinal ?
Thanks

It would help for readers to know what rpm this popping happens at. Based on what i've read a otherwise stock drivetrain will have little issue with a 224/228 cam. The fuel injectors will be above the (now seemingly controversial) 80% rule of thumb duty cycle. But they SHOULD still be effective enough until n2o or intake/head work is added.
My reaction is a poor initial tune.

Sorry about not mentioning the rpm, I haven't really looked at the rpm when it happens to the wideband. So my injector duty is almost maxed out right?

Do you have HP tuners and a wideband or just the wideband?

on researching for my stock 2000 26lb injectors word of mouth is they are at 90/95% duty cycle with a cam and expected 380-400rwhp
