Default Lq4 question

Kind of beating a dead horse. I'm running a LQ4 in my truck 4200 lbs. I have had a cam sitting around for a while ( 235-243 .620 .623 111) My question is how well will the lq4 respond to p&p 5.3 heads with the higher compression vs cleaned up 243 heads and that cam. I might play with nitrous and I'm in Colorado springs where the standard altitude is 6500 ft and DA can average 8000. Any input would be helpful. The rest of the truck is th400 3600 stall and 3.23 gears 28 inch tall tire. Thanks in advance ( yes I did use the search didn't really help )

Just for reference I'm running A LQ9 with PRC 5.3 heads with a cam very similar to the one mentioned above. Compression is 11.5:1 and it runs pretty damn strong for that setup.

If Im thinking right compression should be in the 10.5 ish range correct ?? So I should be good with that cam cleaned up 5.3 heads and a little bottle (200 shot) ? Trucks not an all out build yet just a play toy.

Well all I can tell you is that it works great in ride, and responds great to nitrous as well. Will this be a stock internal LQ4 then?
