Default what cam is this

Stock cam. Has a 5308 s11 2200 on end of it. Is that a 02+ ls6? An what do the numbers represent? Thanks

well I used the lap top. The link is to the guy I bought it from. But thats not the post I bought it from He sent me in text messages and his other link that its a 02+ ls6 cam. He also stated that any cam that 5308 is on end of the stick is the 02+ cam

Interesting. Small world, I guess!

The interwebs seem fairly devoid of that combo of digits. You could find a shop with a cam doctor that measures the lobes on the cam..then you could compare to the expected specs. You could even measure total lift yourself fairly easily and if that is real close you might feel comfortable with it. Or perhaps an old copy of a GM performance parts catalog might list it. Not exactly sure where to find that.

I guess when it gets here. I can measure it. Other then that this only has the numbers I posted. Should be here Wednesday.

5308 is an 02+ Z06 cam. Had one in my LS6 crate motor.

You've got an 02-04 LS6/Zo6 cam then...5308 are the last 4 digits of its part number...
