Default Time serted entire block, alum shavings on cam/ water jackets

Long story short,

Time serted all 20 head bolt holes on my LS6 alum block.. I did my best to tape everything off but somehow managed to get a few shavings into the cam area and water jackets.....

Motor is OUT of the car..

What should I do?

Drop oil pan and flush with engine flush a few times until i feel comfortable?

Remove cam and clean?

I have one head currently torqued, and the other side is still off when I noticed it upon inspection.
