Default Cam?

Building a lq4 with 243 heads 800 holley carb going in a grand national 200r4 with 3000 stall convertor 342 gears . I was leaning towards the tsp 224r 581/581 112 lsa any thought on cam ?

Without knowing what you want, nobody can answer this.

What do you want for power, idle quality, whats the purpose of the car, how early/late do you want the power to peak.. etc.

At the minimum I'd go with the TSP 228r in a 6.0. Jegs sells a 228/230 thats about a hundred bucks cheaper than most other cams and behaves very well in a 5.7, and should behave even better in a 6.0.

Looking to make around 450ish rear wheel street and strip use would like to run low 12s mid 11s

You're going to need something bigger than the 224r for 450 to the wheels. The tsp 224 is a very mild cam for a 6.0.

I'm running a cam very similar to the MS3, and on my 6.0 it's none to big IMO. I'm with these guys on going a little bigger here
