any pics of your spark plug wires on how you ran those. thats my next step in my car.
Basically all I did was use the LT1 wire set and make sure none of them touched the manifolds. The boots are the 90* ones and they're all facing down. I'll take some in the AM if I remember.
Great thread man. from the video it looks like your using Tracy Grimm at speedfab. I will be using him as well to tune my Forged 370/S480 th400 mustang. That guy has done an amazing job with kyles car. Im in Daytona so the drive is well worth it to use him to tune my car. Goodluck with the rest of the build man.

Tracy's a good dude for sure.
Little but serious update on progress.
Ditching the TH400 idea for the 4L80e set up since i have the core already. Transbrake, billet internals, all the goodies.
Just some information for what it's worth.. Alternator Relocation Bracket by Hawks Third Gen requires a CS130 style alternator.
Two Derale 16925's, One Racetronix 340LPH Pump, One Scavenge Pump will pull enough amps at idle to cause issues. Fighting a charging issue even with driving.
Alternator is a CS130, running with just the scavenge pump on the voltage was 13.45.
When the first fan turned on, it dropped to 13.21 and then when the second fan came on, it dropped it to 12.67.
Ordered a Powermaster Street Alternator 57861 which puts out 140amps, where as stock LS alternators are 102amps and CS130's are 105amps. Hopefully this resolves my issue.
Jakes D3 transbrake, 300MM Input Shaft and Rollerized Front Hub! Trans guy is building it tomorrow and I'll be ordering the PTC 9.5 Non-lockup converter tomorrow as well.
Drove the car to the tuner's shop yesterday, had a nasty oil leak from hell that I could not figure out. Turned out to be my catch can causing too much crankcase pressure. (Duh move on my part) Once we removed it, the oil leak stopped.
Had one of my friends fab me up a bumper exit exhaust instead of the scuba steve snorkel too.
470 to the wheels and 496 torque. Was hoping to break 500 but being that it's only 6lbs, I'll take it. This is on a completely stock 4L60E and stock 10bolt.
On my way home one of the trans lines decided it wanted to pop out of its fitting somehow... Needless to say, I wasn't a happy camper. Just drove it around the block few minutes ago and it seems to be fine.
Getting pretty close there. Makes good power on low boost
Thanks, currently waiting on the converter and trans to show up so I can put the rest of the goodies in. Then it will get turned up on e85 to make the serious power.
Was out Wednesday night and one of the fuel pumps decided to die, luckily I had the access port cut so we were able to get to it with ease. Brand new pump too, wonder if Racetronix will warranty it.
what kind of numbers are you expecting with the new kit and e85? also what boost are you at right now? with all due respect, 391hp is pretty good but i thought the numbers would be a bit higher tbh.
