You would need to pull the heads to do lifters. They are probably ok for that cam. I would definitely do a melling oil pump, the old one has to come off to the chain anyways. I would also do the trunion upgrade for the stock rockers.
If you have a good set of tools, this really isn't a bad DIY job.

I would say in the ball park of $2500. Removing engine with trans ( much easyer ) getting the heads done ( valve job ) $300 or so, tune should be around $300 or so, and the little things that will add to the bill maybe a $100 bucks or so. But shop labor rates plays a factor, and then the juice wire up, maybe 3 grand or so.

Depends on hourly labor rate. My shop charged roughly $95/hr. My stall and cooler were 550 shipped from PTC, and after labor I spent roughly 1100 for parts and installation. A cam I'm not sure how much labor would be but for the can (400) springs (200-270ish) and pushrods (80) plus shipping, you're looking at roughly 750-850 before installation. So 11-1400 for the stall depending on what stall and brand you go with, 1600-1800 for the cam. I'd say get some tools and do it yourself. Nitrous I'm not sure how in depth of a job it is so I couldn't call that.
