Default 04 5.3L fresh build for camaro swap, cam advise?

I'm building an 04 LM7 for my 89 IROC swap. Looking for some suggestions for a cam, after searching and searching I couldn't find a definite answer on what would work best on my set up. The bottom end has the stock crank and rods, ARP rod bolts, 3.800" bore Wiseco flat top pistons. Using 862 heads but with 2.00" LS1 intake valves, Brian tooley spring kit... LS6 intake, Long tube headers with a T56 trans. 3.70 gears in the rear... car weighs around 3400 lbs and is used for cruising, occasional autocross or road race event.

I'm looking for a rough idle, something that hits pretty good and has explosive mid and top end power. Though I don't want to over cam it, rather make power under the curve and be able to use A/C in the summer. Would something like a Torquer V3 work or would that be too much cam? With my heads I should be around 10.5:1 compression... hopefully.

Thanks
