TPS stage 2.5 porting would be my vote, only $950 with new 2.02"/1.575" stainless steel valves.

Although if you haven't bought springs yet I'd consider just buying them new from TSP, they'd only be $220 more for new heads and less when you add the cost of shipping your old heads to them.
