I am doing a head and cam package om my 99 camaro ss. I have ported 243 heads, 233 238 595 603 lift cam 112 lsa , bbk long tube headers, I am going to have my throttle body ported. What kind of head gaskets and what thickness should I use? What spark plug should I use with this application?

 

I like GM MLS head gaskets and feel that they are the best. They are .054" thick. Most people run copper NGK TR6 spark plugs.
