Default Which Borla plate should I use with a large cam?

I installed a 231cam. Car has headers, large diameter y pipe. I have been running the Borla open for a year. This cam generates power up top. How much do you think I am loosing down low by running the Borla open? I can run the Borla full open, 3/4 open, and 1/2 open.

If I were you I would buy the QTP electronic cutout and put it in the place for the plate.Thats what I did with mine and I love it.I can go from mild to loud in about 5 sec's.The Borla flows pretty good so your not losing much down low.You might gain a little up top with it open.
FWIW, I went to the track and ran multiple passes with it open and closed to see the difference. The difference was in hundreths of a second.

It would seem like the addition of the QTP would make the right tailpipe stick out more from under the car. Is this true?

If you measured it with a tape measure you will see a difference, but I cant notice just by looking at it.
