I would PM Tony Mamo to see what he would do for a mamofied AFR head, cam, lifter, valve springs, ported Fast 102 and throttle body package.
If that price comes in too high, start looking into ported heads from Patriot, TEA, PRC, AI, etc, which will come in at least $800 less than the mamofied heads. Then, contact Kip Fabre at cammotion, Martin Smallwood at Tick Performance, and Brian Tooley at BTR for cam/lifter/spring recommendations. Lots of vendors will do heads and cam packages, but I would only get the cam specs from one of these three good men.
FAST 102 intake and throttle and some 1-7/8 headers. Add about $500-$800 for all the gaskets, bolts, and fluids you'll need
Also, don't be afraid to get stuff off the classified forum. Lots of good deals to be had.
Having done all that, you'll have a good idea what the parts cost and you can figure the labor depending on who is doing the work.
