Are you able to match the cam serial number with the cam card or a cam Dr report?

Bad experience with a used cam

Ya.... Those numbers were from the cam card, and I got the card based on the serial numbers from the back of the cam. It is a comp cam.

Any suggestions or speculations at all? . I am just curious about how it will run, and it's behavior.

That's a pretty mild cam. What vehicle, trans, and mods?

It's going in a 2001 trans am. The motor is a 6.0 with ported 243,s. The transmission is a 4l80e with a 3500 stall. I have the factory 3.23 rear end. I have headers, and an ls6 intake for it also. I am just trying to get some ideas for how it will do.

Should do ok, but that 6.0 and ported 243's can take a cam much bigger and make quite a bit more power

I may just have to buy a bigger one. I am going to try and get close to the 450rwhp range.

My Comp cam is almost exactly the same 223/231 .610/.617 and make 400 RWHP on a 5.7L. Decent idle and good vacuum with Stage 2.5 5.3L Texas Speed heads. Real nice mid range power. Pushed my 68 Camaro to a 12.37 on street tires. If you go on my build thread, I have idle and full throttle videos.
