Sir,
There are no scuffs on the polished surfaces. You saw the tarnish and assumed. Most would and maybe me. But at this point if you knew they came from me you pick up the phone and call. My number is not hard to fine nor am I am hard to get along with.

The pictures of the 2 lifters show no scuffing nor do the wheels show any sign of wear.

The picture of the scuffed lifter with the scuffing is a run lifter, a 5374.

I really assumed somebody returned these to you and they accidentally slipped through. Nobody's fault **** happens, which is why I had and have no intentions of trying to hurt you or your business. If this is how they are then no biggie. I just prefer a better finished product.
I've woke up next to a few in the morning saying "what the hell, who is she". Make up hides alot of flaws.

Morels are natural finish and have nothing to hide. These lifters needed some "elbow grease". Should you have to do it no, but that's all it took. Took me 8 minutes on the WORST lifter. You have to clean everything you put together anyway. I would have gladly sent the vendor a check to cover your time. The lifters looked good, but like the girl, they needed some work to look better.

I'm choosing to walk away from this thread until my next set of lifters show up. If they have the same characteristics I'll let you know. I'm not upset about this at all, I just need the best lifter I can get. My expectations may have been too high.
