Default Head removal, but not cAm do I need set valve lash?

I removed my head to swap a head gasket and I am now reassembling with new lifters.

Do I need to reset valve lash even if the cam wasn't removed because I have new lifters?

Pushrods are the same and so are the rockers.

You torque the rockers to the same setting all the time. What you need to do is measure push rod length. It could be all you have to do is assemble and go but you should find out the recommended lifter preload, measure push rod length with the rockers torqued to spec with an adjustable rod checker and add your preload to use the right ones.
