243 heads

Where is a good place to buy a set of these heads? No local junk yards have any available and I'm not a fan of eBay. I've had problems a few times with getting bad parts from people on there. Or is there a similar head casting that I could look for?

I better get busy posting and talking on here then lol I've been looking through classified but I'm still like 40 posts short I think

Not sure what you mean? I have bought a couple things from the classifieds and only have a few posts more than you.

I think it's a member for 6 months or longer or at least 50 posts, if I can buy from classifieds I've missed out on a lot of parts that I need lol

If you FB, there are a ton of LSX parts for sale groups.

And 799 are the same things as 243s.
Might broaden your search a little.

I think Texas Speed has them for around $1600 or so. Of course they are ported and polished with uprated hardware

Not to step on Polo's toes but I also have a complete set from a 05' CTSV. Just under 100k on them. As he said depends on where you are for shipping costs. I'm in MA.
