I don't know if Ron was talking AKI rating on the gas or more just crappy quality. I use 91, but different gas stations give different performance

Just fuel quality in general. Who knows what we really get? Esp as we head towards winter blend.

Cam looks like a nice choice to me.
I don't understand the comment about cranking compression.

At any rate, with the detonation issue handled, I'd say go enjoy the car!
