Yeah that may be why the first two didn't. The last one sounded close to how mine did on cold starts idling around 850 cold. Once it warmed up and in drive, it would idle around 700-750 which I though sounded really good.

OP give me a call at 512-863-0900. I would be happy to go over your full combination and goals and point you in the right direction as far as which cam would be best for you.

We know these new cams are ground on a 8620 core. Can you tell us anything about your new lobes ? Can we have a custom ground cam with these lobes ? Can you tell us the .006 or .200 durations ? I'm most interested in the 224/228 111 and the 228/228 111 or 110; can you tell me what advance is ground in to these ?

Yes, we can do custom grinds on our lobes no problem. The 224 lobe @ .006 is 276 and the .200 duration is 146. The 228 lobe @ .006 is 280 and the .200 duration is 152. We can grind up to a 108 ICL right now so you can put as much advance up to that point as you would like. Typically those cams at 111° are ground on a 109 ICL. If you would like to do something custom give us a call and we would be happy to get one set up for you.
