I got rid of my PCV system and went with a vacuum pump setup.

I edited a pic of my engine bay to give you an idea of what I added:

Sorry for the messy engine bay, I still need to finish up some wiring.

I made the relo brackets myself. Got all the material form Lowes, total cost about $12.00.

Actual C5R valve covers have a spring oiling bar inside them. Most guys just use that as their PCV evac line, and hook it up to either a vacuum pump, or back to the TB.

v8maro,
The car you are talking about is mine. The evac is run from the valve cover to the header collector. I spent about $300 between lines, fittings, and welding. Vacuum pump would have been the ideal way to do it but is more costly yet. My reason for doing it was to get rid of the stock pcv mostly, and it does look cool.

I will have more vacuum at high RPM which will help performance. A vacuum pump would have more vacuum yet but the cost is a lot more. The car is just a street car so none of it was realy needed but it can't hurt. The other thing I did not like was the oil puddling it the intake maifold with the stock pcv. The problem with my setup is that some oil will get in to the exhaust which will smoke and smells a little.
