Picked up my car today after the install. Torque Max 2, 243s, and new clutch. Haven't been able to mash on it yet, trying to break in the new clutch but I'm very happy with it so far.

Sounds good! I've been debating between the torque max 1 and torque max 2 because I want to stay with my stock 3.42 rear for now. Do you have a dyno run you can share?

No it has not been on the dyno. Just street tuned. I have 4.11s in my 9 inch, so I'm not sure how it would drive with stock 3.42s. But it drives very good with my gears.

Thanks, it definitely turns some heads at red lights. Yes the 243s are stock. Just had a local machine shop check them out and put my BTR springs on them. I picked them up on a trade so I wanted to make sure everything was good with them.

Hopefully in a couple weeks I'll have some numbers. It has been raining here the past couple days so I haven't drove the car. I'm hoping for at least 400 rwhp. Not real sure what it should put down though.

Thumbs up

I have no doubt that setup should see 400 at the tires. Especially if an A4 can do it with 241's.

how does it feel on bottom end? I don't want to sacrifice power down low too much

I wouldn't get too caught up with numbers, go run as many cars as possible, it'll tell you what you really make.

I still haven't been able to really lay into it yet, think the clutch is pretty well broken in now. So hopefully tmr I can get the tune finished up then I'll know for sure. But honestly it drives like stock to me just normal driving. I'm very satisfied with it so far.

Was able to get my tune finished up the other day. Must say I'm very happy with the cam and heads. Car pulls very strong!! No numbers yet, hopefully in a couple weeks I can get it on a dyno or to the track. I need to get some tires before the track though bc 1st and 2nd gear just spin.

Interested in some numbers as well. I have the milder version of Tick's Torquemax stg 2 in a similar set up on my ls1 swapped Silverado that I recently finished.
