So just recently i installed a set of BTR tfs 220 cast heads. The exhaust valve somehow broke a chunk off and caused this on my cylinder wall. Rubbing my finger through it you can somewhat feel something. But its so light. Like a 2 out of 10. Just wondering if you guys see an issue here.
Emailed tooley waiting for a response on that exhaust valve.

Do you have a header gasket exhaust leak? Looks like that port was running hot.
As to cylinder wall, I'd gently smooth the area, maybe a light hone to the bore, install & lap new exhaust valve (lap intake valve, as well), install head & do a leak down test to see if the damage is causing an excessive leak.

More info needed on the displacement 3.9 or 4.x, valve size, head gaskets, were the heads new or used, which cylinder?
From the pictures it appears that mark goes at least .750" down the bore, if so honing may or may not remove it.
If you can feel it with your fingernail, most likely will not hone out within tolerance.
I'm with LS1-450 the exhaust on that cylinder was hot
