5.3l Stock replacement rings

Anybody got a recommendation/part # for stock replacement rings on a 5.3 (3.78")?

You could get a set of Speed Pro rings, Rock Auto has a pretty good deal on them, around $100.

Hastings has rings for like $50/set. I've used them before and the engine went to a guy with a twin turbo truck. Made ~600whp.

I used the engine tech rings in my 6.0 rebuild no issues just make sure they are gaped correctly for your application.

Why are you replacing the ring?

IMO people are way too quick to tear apart perfectly good stock stuff.

The summit note is wrong, I've used that same Perfect Circle part number before and it's a whole box set.

I don't buy them from Summit though, I get them warehouse direct for even cheaper, it's a very good quality ring set.
