Default Patriot Performance Heads

It has come to our attention that some misinformation has been distributed about our cylinder heads. It is true, in the early days we had some missteps pertaining to quality - springs for instance. A national manufacturer assured they were 'tried & true'. He was mistaken. Committed to excellence, we commissioned the best spring maker in the land to make our now famous PATRIOT GOLD springs. We now sell them by the multiple sets to installers and wholesalers; we even have one of our friendly competitors purchase them 2,500 pcs at the time.
Our technicians can play the Serdi seat & guide machine like a violin and we have NEVER had a seat that we installed come out of a head - NEVER-NEVER.Our quality meets or exceeds anyone in the land!So do not become misled when the competition becomes desperate.
John Connally is our new foreman and he brings to the table vast amounts of machine shop and racing experience. He will not let anything go that is in the least bit questionable. He is so efficient that we can ship, in most cases, wihin 48 hours of receiving the order.
We are greatful when the customers call and frankly admit that they were somewhat tentative at first, thinking that this head is just too inexpensive to be any good. Several have even taken the heads to a machine shops for a quality check. Trust, but verify - that's good.
We have gained greatly by being associated with the specialist at Texas Speed & Performance. Their advise and professionalism has helped us greatly.Summit Racing & Speed,Inc have become 'force multipliers' for us and that always helps.

Anyway, thanks for your patience and to show our gratefulness, FREE GM Cylinder Head Bolts with every new head(LS1/LS6) purchase from now on !

Hey Terry, why not a FREE MOTOR FOR TODD? You remember, the one that was ruined from your heads? Why not do the right thing for your customer? Now your giving away head bolts, so everyone is supposed to say oh great, your wonderful? Sorry, not in my book. Things happen, I understand that. Things break, and go wrong, understood. Good companies do the right thing though, and you did not imho. I will never consider your heads for a future purchase, nor will my friends. This is based on your business ethics, not on mechanical failure. Victor

Seems to me Terry has done more than his share of making up for things. The customer service is top notch, and as he said, he has more than made up for mishaps in the early days. I think he is doing the right thing, but there will always be doubters. There's not much you can do about that.

Patriot Performance heads are one of the best cylinder heads on the market, hands down. They have proven to make great power,be very reliable, and not cost an arm and a leg!The seats that have dropped in the past where seats installed by GM..not Patriot..the only experiences I have had with Patriot are good ones and will continue to be as I look forward to dealing with them more in the future for years to come. They have the best customer service out of any head company I have dealt with (not saying others are bad at all though).Terry is one hell of a guy and has helped me out plenty of times.Keep up the good work man,

Carter Edwards

Its just messed up how a company does its research by sending out crappy heads letting people blow up motors and spend so much money getting heads reinstalled. The best way to buy heads is to use the SEARCH feature on this site. This way you will see what heads perform and have the best quality.

And where did you come to the conclusion that this was something they were intentionally doing?

Read your previous post again "Its just messed up how a company does its research by sending out crappy heads letting people blow up motors and spend so much money getting heads reinstalled." You say they are doing "research" by sending out crappy heads. How could that not be considered as a intentional act by what you are saying?

No need to cop an attitude. Also did you ever think the reason you heard about so many failtures is perhaps there are more of Patriots heads out there than other brands? Maybe they have a lower defective % than the other head porters out there? I guarantee you because of the price Patriot offers there more people running H/C than would be previously possible. Listen I know it may come as a shock to some but not everything comes from the factory 100% perfect IN ANYTHING, car parts, cars, tvs, computers, electric shavers, even paper dont come out right 100% of the time. Deal with it.

Hey madboost Im not copping an attitude. Its just funny that Terry posts this saying a seat never fell out of his heads. I guess Todd's seat never fell out? These failures were back when patriot first came out. Im sure they got their act together and now make a better product.
