I pulled the pan and tube to check the bearings and reassembled. lost pressure then it came back. Just pulled the engine apart and the o-ring came out split on one side but still round. Its easy to screw them up working under the car. Prob the tube pinch on one side.

Yea, the 6.0 was a piece of crap.

As for ticking, this engine had the tick as well. Now with the new o-ring and 55psi the engine is silent. I am really impressed since it has almost 300k on it.
