Default Replace lifters or keep?

So my engine spun a rod bearing. Its all apart now and getting reassembled with new bearings, rings, etc. I'm inclined to just buy brand new lifters to avoid any oil contamination since they are surely holding oil inside of them that had metal dust in it. I figured before I spent more money I'd ask the forum just to make sure I'm not on the wrong track. They are oem ls7 lifters with probably an honest 5000 miles or less. Anyone have any sure fire way to bleed and clean them I havent thought about before I pull the trigger?

Thanks!

Buy new lifters since your oil may have been contaminated and its already apart

For just over $100, replace them.

Like everyone else has said just replace them. You don't want to compromise the new setup by not buying a set lifters that would be $150 at the most.
