Default Sring question with 241 heads and torque v2 cam

Hi everyone, I am freshening up a 2002 LS1 . I found a set of heads already rebuilt for a good price. They are a fresh rebuild with 0 miles. I am thinking of buying them as they are cheaper than it would cost me to rebuild mine and they have new valves, springs and everything.

My question is concerning the springs that are installed. They are Comp Cams 941-16. Link with specs: http://www.jegs.com/i/Comp+Cams/249/...FcYkhgodRGIIZQ He says they have a lift capability of .650 as they were installed with Comp Cams Super Valve locks which increases installed valve height by .050. Link (not sure these are the exact ones but if not they are like these): http://www.summitracing.com/parts/cca-614-16 So the installed height is 1.800 @ 130 verses the normal 1.750 @ 130. I am just learning about cams and lift and springs so I wanted to run this by you guys. The Torque v2 has .600 lift. Will I be okay? I can get the heads for $275.00.

If it where me I'd spend the extra money and swap the springs for a set of BTR springs. Comps QC hasn't been all that great as of late from what I've read.
