Default How to mill 5.3 heads to get 11:1 CR

Ok I have a set of PP 5.3 heads and an ARE Street Elim Shortblock. I want to know how much I need to mill the 5.3's to get 11:1. The pistons are Ross flat tops with 3cc reliefs.

Also will the Harlan Sharp Roller Rockers still work I know I would need the shorter prods.

How much cr can I gat away with on 93 octane fuel.

I'm running the 231 237 TS cam and have over .200 PTV Clearance on the intake and over .230 PTV on the exhaust so I should be fine milling as much as I need too.

Thanks Rob

i did some calculations for this and I believe you need a 57cc chamber to make 11.15:1. Something close to that anyway. I have a set of 5.3 that were milled.010 and I was making 11.0 or right under.

Well 5.3s unmilled will get you in the 10.8 range....
So it will not take much to hit 11.1
