Default Heads and intake questions.

I've been trying to do a lot of research but I'm still Not sure. Right now my car makes 400rwhp, cam only, with a 231/235 .617"/.621" 111+3 cam. It has a nitrous kit on it, that I haven't used yet, because I'm still piecing little parts together, but as soon as I'm done upgrading the suspension and exhaust, I'm going to focus on the motor.

So I have a set of cleaned up 243 heads. And I want to pick up a fast102 intake. I'd like to have the intake and the heads ported together by someone reputable, to get the most out of them, and then possibly look into getting the intake direct plumbed for nitrous after.my questions are if this sounds like a good plan, and how much could I pick up going to that set up from stock ls6 intake and 241 heads. And who I should use? Tony mamo? Advanced induction? I'd like to hear opinions. Thanks!

Brian Tooley or Chris Frank in addition to Tony (if he has the time to do the 243s).

Not sure if Brian Tooley can port the 243 heads, but if he can, I'd go with him. I'd also purchase the FAST 102mm intake from him and after the heads are CNC ported, have him port match the intake to the heads. If Brian can't do the 243 heads for you, then go with Advanced Induction. I know they can do this, and you can buy the whole package deal from them.

The addition of ported 243 heads and a port matched FAST 102mm intake is going to net you at least 60+rwhp.

Well, Brian would most likely use TEA... which is the other option. TEA will port match the FAST to the heads as well. That's actually what I had done. Stage 2 243s and port-matched 102 from them.

Brian is the largest dealer for TEA. And since that's his former company, it's easy enough to work with him on anything. He's right down the road from them.
