Default Valve seal or guide?

Been running this motor about 2 years now and decided to put some nitrous on it. So I changed my intake to a Vic jr (carbed) and when I got the intake off I noticed there was fuel puddled on the intake valves that were closed. I figured some had spilled when I took the carb off but I sucked some out and it was a little oily. So I have a few questions. New seals were put on when motor was built so I'm having a hard time thinking they are ALL bad. If it was the guides wouldn't the oil still have to leak past the seals to go through?? I'm reluctant to spray the nitrous now cause I know nitrous and oil is not good. This motor has always used some oil but I dont drive it much so it never bothered me. Need opinion on what to do thanks

Are the PCV lines oily? That's usually how oil gets into the intake on the LS engines.

No I am just running a breather on the passenger side valve cover and the driver side is ran to a catch can but does not go back to the motor

Are the heads ported? If so, is there any sort of thread sealer on the rocker bolts?

No the heads aren't ported. I may try to pop a valve cover off tomorrow and see if there is any damage to the seals. I just find it hard to believe that they would all be messed up. Was really wanting to start putting the nitrous on it but this is a setback

Another question. If a valve seal is leaking would it burn oil the entire time it's running or just the amount that is allowed to drain down after it is shut off?

Default Broken Valve Guide

Never smoked on startup. Could smell a trace of burnt oil after moderate pulls, but also had tiny oil leak around bypass seal. The truck has been sitting for 2 years at my dads, only started once a week, drove once a month. Found by dumb luck.

Damn that's crazy. I pulled a valve cover yesterday and couldnt really see anything out the ordinary. Prolly just gonna go ahead and put some new seals on. They're pretty cheap just time consuming.
