I would avoid the Comps.

With your conservative stall choice I would look at this:

http://store.cammotion.com/the-titan3-1

Maybe make the jump to the Titan 4 227/232 since you will get some extra compression from the 243s.

If it just has to be one from your list the BTR cam would be my pick but have him get it ground through Cam Motion instead of Comp.

Streetsweeper HT, I'd get at least at 3600 stall as well.

Look at the TSP torquer 2. That cam was awesome as a daily and makes excellent power. They also have the best lobes of any manufactures out there IMO.

BTR Stage 2 is what I would go with. Hands down.

The lobe design there is very good and Comp has corrected their past issues. I feel confident in what they are doing. So much so, that I'm now using a BTR designed cam.

For your stall and gear, you could use the Titan 3 or the Titan 2. Both will run hard. The Titan 2 will idle a little smoother and have slightly better daily manners. Can't loose with either in your application.

No arguments there on Brian Tooley Racing being a superb vendor. I'm running several of his parts on my car and have sent a lot of local guys to him for the same parts.

But on the other side of the coin there is nothing Comp could do which would regain my business. The issue not being simply the subpar product they had for some time but the customer service the people who got bit by it (myself included) received. For the sake of not cluttering OP's thread I will leave it at that.

Good to hear they got it fixed though.
