I used the 12589227 part number and I'm now thinking I used the wrong head gaskets... I have a multiple misfire on cyl 2 and 3 at mid range rpm and light throttle... it's a weak misfire and I have gone through the works trying to diagnose it... bunch of new parts and everything... maybe I used the wrong head gaskets causing hot spots?

The gaskets you used are for a 4" bore, so unless you didn't get torque specs correct or it's something else.
