Matt this is excellent. Can you provide any more details? It looks like there is a lip which catches the rocker body, so it's not a tight fit requiring a press. Are these the same ones you installed in house or different for the DIY'er?
Are their oiling channels on the trunnion body to force oil to the copper bushings?
A few more pics would help.

Good questions JakeFusion, I will do my best to answer them for you.
There is an outer shoulder on the bushing that keeps the bushing from sliding too far into the rocker. The snap rings then keep the bushing from sliding out of the rocker. So what we did was make it so the bushing is not pressed into the rocker. Our design with the help of Kurt Urban allows the bushing to rotate while in use, so that the wear is evenly distributed around the entire bushing, not just in one area. It also doesn't add any weight to the rocker arm since it rotates freely around the trunnion and rocker surfaces. They do not require a press or special tooling to install. You simply slide the trunnion inside the rocker and slide the bushings into the ends. After that you only need to install the snap rings. Both the trunnion and the bushings have circular grooves to evenly distribute oil around the assembly. This is the same design we have been using for 10 years on the rocker conversions we do in-house. I hope that helps and feel free to contact me with any questions.

Hi Jontall, I would be open to setting up a group buy if enough people are interested in it. If we do, then i would honor the group buy price for the all the customers that have already purchased our trunnion kits and refund the price difference. If you could call me tomorrow, we could discuss it? I'll be in the office 7am-11:30am PST. Thank you!
