cheap ebay solid lifters
but use this search term "GM/CHEVY LS1/LS2/LS3/LS6/LS7 ALL ELITE RACER SOLID ROLLER LIFTERS VERTICAL BAR"
and you'll see some solid roller lifters that dont look like a copy of anything I recognize.
they look like they are based on an early ls1 type hyd lifter
anyone have any experience with them?
I'm not looking to go solid roller anytime soon, just curious.
Thanks
We carry ALL morel lifters. If you have any questions on them, let me know.

Using adj rocker arms is just one way to skin th cat so to speak. Yes the other way is a pita, but there are many people doing that as well..not just on ls.
It appears with a short search Kurt Urban uses and knows of guys that use the stock rocker. My guess would be with a modified trunion, but still stock rocker.
Or like kcs posted our link...the adj rocker arm doesnt always have to be on the pushrod cup.
Besides im sure ebay has cheap ls adj rockers also.

I would spend the cash on the Morels. They can be had for under $400 in both the drop-in and link-bar. And for a milder solid roller... like a Cam Motion LLR... they would work fine.
If you go more extreme, you need more extreme parts like a bushed lifter with an upgraded wheel and shaft mounts.
But I wouldn't skimp and buy ebay lifters. Certain things are okay... like headers, radiators, intercoolers, or even copycat BOVs and the like. They seem to do okay for the price. When you start moving to internal engine components that rely on precision, it becomes an issue.

Kinda makes it hard to justify spending the big money on rocker arms. I'm very pleased with the setup. It did take a few hours to put together but it's been zero maintenance so I can't complain.
Properly designed full roller rockers can provide gains in quite a few areas.
And aside from the geometry benefits one day I would be curious to swap on a set and see if there were any performance gains too. ~$1100 plus new valve covers is a tough pill to swallow for some of us though haha.
Do you mean on solid roller only? Or just a std rocker swap on a dyno?
but my original question is genuine. If these exist, someone is buying them. I was hoping someone had actual experience with them. I guess I'll be the guinea pig.
