Question LQ4 Build Advice camshaft/spring selection

Looking for advice towards my build. Motor is a 2005 lq4 with about 200k, will be mated to a tko-600 with 3.92 gears in the rear end and will be going in a 99 dodge dakota rt. Goal is 400+ rwhp on pump gas. Looking for advice on what camshaft/spring and retainer selection would best suit my application. Also what size/brand would be a good dbc throttle body?

Parts/Build list:
Long tube headers
tbss intake
42lb injectors
Clevite H-Series main/rod bearings
Clevite camshaft bearings
317s milled .030, no porting
ls7 lifters with new trays
Stock rockers with trunnion upgrade
Hardened chromoly pushrods
Arp rod bolts

Everybody on here go have they own opinion on a cam for your build about the specs. I say pick up the phone and call around to some cam guys such as Brian Tooley, Martin Smallwood, Kip , Ed Curtis and Pat G. All have earned respect in the game. Go with the guy that you comforts you the most about your build.
