Red face need help with lq4 build...... vs lincoln 430

Hey guys , im sure this has been brought up a time or 2 but i have a torque over horse power questions. i have a 1964 lincoln that i want to do a lq4 swap, the stock lincoln 430 is a monster it has 465lbs of torque at 2800 rpms and 325 hp. budget friendly is it possible to come close like in the 420 torque spec range? not looking to get exact numbers just something close. this is a daily driver by all means not a race or touring car at all, i just want the reliability aspect of the ls motor. i do have a 2002 suburban with 215,000 miles on it it with a 5.3 and never had any issues with it other than a fuel pump and water pump that is it. i am keeping the stock rear end its gear ratio is 2.89:1 i know these are highway gears and thats fine by me i just dont want to have to rev it up high like my 60 pontiac with my 383 stroker because its stock gear ratio. also would it be best to go with a th-400 or the 4l60e? Thanks guys for all the help.
