I would have no issue with either but the scat and eagle both use an arp 7/16 rod bolt also not an M9.

I would have no issue with either but the scat and eagle both use an arp 7/16 rod bolt also not an M9. And the odd bearing tangs wont allow any aftermarket bearing yet and of course they are only 6.100 and .945 pin so limited there as well.

The Junkyard dog series Wiesco has would work if you planned on a stock rod stock crank deal plus the ones you seem to find on EBay have coated bearings already

Don't spin it to 8k and you'll be fine as far as rod bolts and any further than that

Eagle or scat wouldn't even be in the running for a rod I'd choose
