Cam Decoder Question

Looking at a cam. Seller claims in the ad the cam is a "custom grind" 224/236 .600/.600 113

Engraving on the end is 3722R/3728R HR113.0 U5778-10

Comp Cams Lobe Master Catalog says -
3722 - 224@.050 .581 lift @ 1.7 ratio
3728 - 236@.050 .602 lift @ 1.7 ratio
113 degree LSA no advance

The seller is sadly mistaken correct? Whats U5778-10? A serial?

That sounds like it would be a nice mild cam for a 408 in a heavy *** vehicle. Probably work pretty good with a blower on a 346 as well.

Do you mean mistaken as in mistaken about its specs or mistaken that its a custom grind?

It could still very well be a custom grind, seeing as how it shows a grind# and not a part #.
